    Apple Creek is family owned by operated. We are a faith based adult family home. We believe and trust in the Lord for direction in how to best care of our clients. We serve our community and clients by providing compassionate care and strive to uphold high standards of care to preserve the dignity of our clients. We have 2 Registered Nurses on staff between 8 and 16 hours a day and on call at night for emergencies. Our staff is trained to meet the care needs of many clients with specialty needs.

    Eligibility requirements:
    Private pay rooms. Rate is dependent upon level of care. Care for clients who need assisted living to total care including Hospice. We specialize in Dementia care as well as other medical diagnosis.
