About My Business
The Lakeshore is located on the southern shore of Lake Washington, offering beautiful panoramic views. The Lakeshore has 158 apartments ranging from studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and two-bedrooms with two baths. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and much more.

The Lakeshore is part of Era Living, a private, Seattle-based company founded in 1987 by Eli and Rebecca Almo. Each Era Living community is dedicated to providing innovative housing, programs and service choices for those who have reached the age of 62. Era Living provides residents with premier healthcare services through a partnership with the University of Washington, School of Nursing. This collaboration with the nation’s top-rated nursing school highlights Era Living’s commitment to wellness and healthy aging. In addition to quality healthcare, Era Living’s approach fosters an encouraging community that promotes life-long learning and creativity, providing a stimulating environment for residents.
