Ida Culver House Broadview is a community of 245 residences, along with a 74-bed Skilled Nursing Health Care Center. A variety of floor plans are offered, including cottage residences with garages. Residents of Ida Culver House Broadview enjoy chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and much more.

Ida Culver House Broadview is part of Era Living, a private, Seattle-based company founded in 1987 by Eli and Rebecca Almo. Each Era Living community is dedicated to providing innovative housing, programs and service choices for those who have reached the age of 62. Era Living provides residents with premier healthcare services through a partnership with the University of Washington, School of Nursing.
