Ida Culver House Ravenna is located at the heart of one of Seattle’s finest neighborhoods – Ravenna/Bryant. Close at hand you’ll find the University of Washington campus and the University Village shopping center. Ravenna is a community of 90 residences offering a variety of floor plans. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and much more.

Ida Culver House Ravenna is part of Era Living, a private, Seattle-based company founded in 1987 by Eli and Rebecca Almo. Each Era Living community is dedicated to providing innovative housing, programs and service choices for those who have reached the age of 62. Era Living provides residents with premier healthcare services through a partnership with the University of Washington, School of Nursing. This collaboration with the nation’s top-rated nursing school highlights Era Living’s commitment to wellness and healthy aging.
