John Vianney Residence is the home for retired Archdiocesan priests. It can be home for you, too! John Vianney Residence is owned and operated by the Archdiocese of Omaha to provide an independent living retirement community for priests. But it is home for lay people as well. Services include: Private Chapel, Meals, Housekeeping and Maintenance, Recreational/Educational Opportunities. We have spacious floor plans, fully equipped kitchens, patio/balconies, two bathrooms/two bedroom apartments, scheduled activities, chapel, exercise room, beauty shop, elevator, library and an electronic entry system Please call to schedule a tour.

We are owned by the Catholic Church. The building was purchased for retired priests. We will never have enough priests to fill it up so we also rent to lay people. You do not have to be Catholic to live here. Right now we are 1/2 priests, 1/2 lay
