    Staff certifications and training:
    Our facility has a full time RN on staff, as well as a resident care coordinator. We require ongoing training for all personal care staff including an orientation program, 20 hours each year in Alzheimer’s/dementia care and 12 hours of training in their specific are such as medication administration.

    Our community is designed for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia so all of our services/programming is tailored to meet their special needs. Although planned activities are scheduled we focus on the individualized care plan for each resident as their strengths and interests will vary.
