    Plantation Estates, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) outside of Charlotte, NC, is fully accredited by CCAC-CARF. Residents enjoy the security of the ACTS Life Care contract, a Type-A Life Care contract, and the assurance that their monthly fees will never increase as a result of the need for a higher level of care.
