    Highlights
    We are Carlin House Assisted Living. We are located at 12 Carlin Drive in Logan Ohio 43138. We are located just minutes from town in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are a deficient free facility since opening in 2004. We strive and excel in providing excellence related to the quality of care to each resident. We emphasize enrichment activities, the dining experience, and socialization. We have a regular exercise program as well as weekly shopping trips in town and out of town. We go to the zoo via our Carlin House bus when the weather permits. There are times when we go to surrounding counties for lunch. We also have a private dining room in house for special functions. Our courtyards are beatifully landscaped and our residents are very proud of the vegetable gradens that they take part in. We have special in house dinner functions and social hour for all the major holidays. Additionally we hold an annual luau. All resident family members are invited as well as our condo neighbors. We offer dementia care in our specially designed memory care neighborhood. We can provide up to a level three of care. We have in house nursing staff for approximately 16 hours per day 7 days per week and 24/7 hour resident care assistance available. Our staff credentials range from unlicensed to licensed to graduate degrees. Our manager holds a bachelor's degree and currently completing her master's degree and she has also had 13 years nursing experience. Our CEO is a licensed nursing home administator. Additionally, we have received much praise from our residents and their families for the care that is provided.

    We provide staff orientation training on ADL's and transfers, as well as ambulation. We provide annual training for first aid which is required for resident care assistants. Additionally we provide fire safety training annually.

    Enrichment activities are offered on the hour every hour. Some other special care programs offered are sensory stimulation as well as a consistent exercise program. We offer assistance with feeding, all ADL's and 1 on 1 regularly and as needed.
