    Highlights
    We specialize in Alzheimers and Dementia. We have to Masters level on staff social workers, We do all therapy here in facility (PT, OT, ST) we are afiliated with Baylor Geriadrics, Located in near medical center, have on going activities that suit all our residents and interests, 24 hour nursing care, no visitation hours, managers on duty every weekend. Night supervisors as well and so much more

    Eligibility requirements:
    Garden Terrace is a private pay facility. Medicare is accepted under the federal guidelines of a skilled nursing facility, other forms of insurance may be accepted, such as long-term care insurance and managed care. We do not require a commitment or a contract when admitting under private pay, we do however ask for one month in advance and your next month is pro-rated, you are then reimbursed if the stay was less than what was paid for.
