    Highlights
Autumn Haven is a small, cozy, home-like environment with a very low resident to staff ratio. We are located in the heart of Hayden, Idaho in a lovely neighborhood setting. We have beautiful landscaped grounds and a warm, caring, well-trained staff, most of which are Certified Nursing Assistants. We specialize in Alzheimer's and Dementia in our secured facility. We also provide wonderful entertainment from an accomplished accordian player, pianist, and vocalist. Daily activities are provided and include group exercises. We can accomodate all levels of care needed by your loved one and would love to be your family away from family.
