    Located in the seaside village of Falmouth, residents and families can stroll through our beautiful manicured lawns, walk to the library, beach, or enjoy the activities of a classic Cape Cod sea village. We provide a comprehensive rehabilitation program, long term care, respite services, hospice program and a specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia Program.
