    Highlights
Located on the west side of town off of a major highway interchange, but in a quiet neighborhood, we are near all shopping, banking and public transport needs as well as many entertainment venues such as movie theatres, the All Veterans Memorial (Emporia is the founder of Veteran's Day) and the National Teacher's Hall of Fame. We offer an outdoor enclosed patio and garden area with raised garden plots for easy access. Menus are created by a Registered Dietitian to meet the many nutritional needs and are adapted by a Certified Dietary Manager to meet individual desires and needs such as ethnic, Kosher and vegetarian. We provide 24 hour nursing care to all residents per their needs whether that be as simple as stand by assistance or full assistance with all activities of daily living or end of life care. Activities choices are abundant: bingo, exercise groups, dominoes, cards, board games, arts & crafts, cooking, shopping trips, fishing, zoo visits, multiple church services and Bible studies by different denominations, dances and dinners at the Senior Center and many others. Newest addition to our facility is On-site registration and voting for facility residents. We believe that your wellness is our business and strive to help our residents meet their highest level of functioning.
