We offer affordable housing and are centrally located near medical services, shopping, restaurants, parks and bus lines. Our chaplain provides pastoral car and our social service coordinator assists in getting & keeping benefits. We also have 24 hour staff emergency response and our staff is dedicated to excellent customer service.

We provide housing to low and modest income seniors age 62 and over and thosew with a mobility impaiarment. Rent is based on your income and utilities are included.
